What are your hours?
Richline technicians are available from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. For our clients we also have an On-Call technician available 24x7 for emergencies.
If I need service after hours, will I be charged more?
If there is an emergency, and you need us to work on something as an emergency after hours, yes, their is an additional charge. We sometimes schedule to do work outside of work hours. If the work you are referring to is scheduled by one of our technicians then no, you won't be charged any extra.
Do you have customer service?
They are IT guys. They don't have personalities! Lol, just kidding, our technicians try their hardest NOT to live up to those IT guy stereotypes. So give them a little slack if every now and then they slip back into robot mode.
